1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hoopers Lane website, booking training sessions, or attending our facility, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Hoopers Lane operates as an indoor basketball training facility offering structured coaching sessions, skill development programs, and related services.

All sessions are conducted in a supervised and controlled environment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance.
  
  
• Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  
  
• Session packages must be used within the specified time period.
  
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
  
  

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of participation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  
  
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
  
  
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
  
  
• Hoopers Lane reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled or credited.
  
  

5. Participant Conduct

All participants, parents, and visitors must:

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
  
  
• Follow instructions from coaches
  
  
• Use equipment appropriately
  
  
• Keep the premises clean and dispose of waste properly
  
  
• Comply with operating hours and facility rules
  
  

Hoopers Lane reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must:

• Be physically fit to participate in training
  
  
• Disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation
  
  
• Follow safety instructions at all times
  
  

Participation in basketball training involves inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

For minors, a parent or guardian must provide consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoopers Lane is not liable for:

• Personal injury arising from participation
  
  
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  
  
• Indirect or consequential loss
  
  

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Photography and Media

From time to time, Hoopers Lane may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not consent to media use, you must notify us in writing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
